Redesign of an Osteopathy Website

The Result (the good stuff first)

Christin now has a website she’s genuinely proud to share — one that reflects her professionalism, warmth, and the calming atmosphere of her osteopathy and physical therapy practice. Patients can easily learn about her services, credentials, and approach, and book appointments directly via a prominent Doctolib button that’s accessible from anywhere on the site.

The completed launch represented an important step in fully aligning her digital presence with the growth and professionalism of her practice.

The Problem

When Christin opened her own practice in Munich, she initially built her website in Wordpress. She launched it before it was fully complete and was never fully satisfied with the result. As her practice grew busier, the website became a nagging, unfinished project that kept slipping to the bottom of her priority list.

Wordpress proved too complicated and frustrating for her needs. She wanted something simple, manageable, and cost-effective — a platform she could confidently update on her own without technical stress.

The Approach

We rebuilt the site in Squarespace to simplify management and reduce long-term complexity. To elevate the brand, Christin invested in professional photography, which inspired a calm color palette based on her physical space. Her handwritten logo was paired with clean sans-serif typography to create balance and clarity.

To keep momentum despite her busy schedule, we worked in focused coworking sessions to finalize structure and copy. A static Doctolib booking button was integrated for easy access from any page, and the site was structured to make key information clear while showcasing Christin’s professionalism and personality.

What once felt like an unfinished burden is now a polished, confident online presence that fully supports her growing business.
